Jollof Shrimps and Carrot Rice with Seeded Chicken and Beef.

Jollof Shrimps and Carrot Rice
 
 

 
 
   
Ingredients

 
  • Blanched shrimps
  • grated carrots 
  • chopped pepper, onions &garlic
  • tomatoe paste
  • stock cube, curry and salt
  • vegetable oil.

Directions :-
 
  • First,pour into a dry hot pot some veg oil
 
  • pour in the chopped garlic and onions and let it fry a bit

  • Then pour in the shrimps and stir with a wooden spoon

  • Add the chopped pepper and tomatoe paste and stir, add stock cube, salt and curry stir and let it fry for 2 minutes,then add water to the frying sauce that will cook the rice well and let the mixture boil very well before adding the rice.When the rice is done cooking, add the grated carrots and stir well and serve.
   
 Seeded Chicken and Beef.
 
 
  • Marinate chicken and beef in melted butter, curry, garlic, salt and stock cube for 1hr.
 
  • Remove the meat from the marinate and boil with
  •  onion till tender.
 
 
  • Coat each piece of meat with the dry mixture 
 
  • Then oven dry them for about 20 to 30 minutes
 
  • If you are going to fry the meat:- Coat the meat with raw egg before coating it with the dry mixture.
