- 1 (one) tablespoon oatmeal
- 1(one) teaspoon honey
- 1 (one) teaspoon yogurt
All three ingredients are all powerful acne-fighting foods that can be topically applied to acne prone skin.
Directions
- Tie hair back to prevent the scrub from getting onto your hair
- Do facial steaming to open up your pores - steam face over hot water or press warm cloth to skin for a few minutes

2. Baking Soda/honey/lemon juice scrub.
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon honey.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Using clean fingers, rub the mixture into your face using a circular motion and gently scrub.
- After 2 minutes, rinse thoroughly.
3. Brown sugar, Olive oil and Honey scrub
Ingredients
In a mixing bowl add all iingredients and stir with a spoon.
Rub the mixture onto your face.
After two minutes, rinse thouroughly with warm water. Splash your faced with cold water to close your skin pores.
*Use this face scrub to exfoliate your face, giving it a youthful glow. This faced scrubs absorbs excess sebum on skin and moisturizes oily skin.
4. Banana Scrub
Ingredients
2 teaspoon mashed banana.
2 teaspoon rolled oats.
1teaspoon milk.
1 teaspoon honey.
Directions
In a bowl, mix all ingredient together until it forms a smooth paste
Put the mixture on the skin for 15-20 minutes while lying down
Rinse off thoroughly with warm water.
*This is a facial scrub for normal too dry skin and is also suitable for sensitive skin.
