Banana Bites

Most people can not pass off desserts like Crepes, ice cream and many more.

We all have that craving for something sweet, most times we get tired of the old things we've tried, so we look for something new or something different. However, what most people have not discovered is that when you eat as a whole (that is mixing together), what you have been eating alone, you get a whole different taste, flavour and even look .
It's just like mixing two colours together to get a different colour (green and red colour mixture gives you yellow). This concept is what gives birth to the idea of the Banana bites, where you have the mixture of four different flavours to get a new flavour.

Important Ingredients Needed
2 (two) punnets of strawberries
2 (two) bananas
1 (one) pineapple
Milk chocolate melts
Toothpicks
Directions
  • Wash strawberries.
  • Hull strawberries
  • Peel and slice bananas into 2cm lengths
  • Chop pineapple into cubes
  • Using a toothpick, secure a piece of pineapple, banana and strawberry together
  • Melt the chocolate
  • Dip half of the fruit in chocolate
  • Place on tray covered with baking paper
  • Chill in fridge for 20 minutes
The banana bites can be served at home, birthdays, weddings or any other events. The dessert speaks class and respect. The beautiful colour given by the mixture of strawberry, banana, pineapple and chocolate makes your events more colourful. Banana Bites is not a common dessert, so your guests will be in for a surprise.
