Pancake With Corned Beef Sauce

Pancakes is a cool delicacy to make for your breakfast, it can help brighten and put a huge smile on your kids face before he or she leaves for school or start the day. Pancakes can keep your family to look forward to breakfast. It can be taken with syrups, sausage or with a sauce.  
Ingredients
Pancake mixture:
1 (one) Cup All purpose flour
1/2 (half) teaspoon baking soda {check the difference between baking soda and powder here)
1 (one) teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup Milk
Sugar
1 (one) Egg
Sauce:
1 (one) Onion bulb chopped in rings
1 (one) can of Corned beef
2 (two) Fresh peppers
2 (two) tomatoes
Directions
Preparation pancakes:
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk egg  into milk. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.
  • Heat a large non stick pan over medium heat, and coat with cooking oil or butter. Pour 1/4 cup full of batter onto the pan, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on both side.
Preparation for beef sauce:
  •  Pour a little cooking oil of choice into pan, add onions, stir, add tomatoes and pepper, go easy on salt or stock cubes as corned beef are already salted. Stir for a few minutes and set down.
Servings: Serve with pancakes
