Ingredients for 12 cup cakes
1. Butter (1/2 kilo)
2. Sugar (1/4 kilo)
3. 4 Whole Eggs
4. Vanilla Flavor (1tsp)
5. Baking Power (2tsp)
6. Grated Coconut (1/2 a cup)
7. Preservatives (A dash of Schnapps or Dry Gin) (2tsp)
8. Flour (1/2 kilo)
9. Icing Sugar (500g)
10. Food Colouring
Procedure
1. Mix or whisk butter and Sugar until it is soft and fluffy
2. Add eggs and mix
3. Add baking powder and flavour
4. Add Preservative.
5. Mix in flour and grated coconut
6. Spoon into Mini paper cups and bake for fifteen minutes.
7. And serve with a smoothie or a drink.
