Fried Rice and Turkey Sauce with Peppered Snail

One expression to this 'wow'. The presentation of this meal is so cool you will probably find it difficult to eat. the colour contrast is just so perfect. Rice is that meal that almost everybody have in their menu, and many recipes using rice have emerged.
Fried rice is just that meal we love, apart from the unique taste it gives rice, it looks great and also give us an avenue to eat more of vegetables which is necessary for a healthy living.
Guess your mouth is already watery with the pepper snail and turkey sauce and the salad. This food by Naomi is filled with different recipes that complements each other, They have a different taste, a different texture when tested, but you sure will be left satisfied after the meal.

Ingredients



For the fried rice
1 cup of rice
Green beans
Green pepper
Spring onion
Carrot
Curry
Salt
Stock cube

For the Turkey sauce.
Half kilo of turkey,boiled.
Curry
Green Pepper
Carrot
Sweet corn
and a spoon of corn flour
salt,Stock cube and red pepper.

For the snail....
Pepper
Onion
Groundnut oil

Directions

For the rice.. per boil the rice. Chop your vegetables (carrot,green beans and sweet corn) Get a frying pan Put a little quantity of either groundnut oil or cooking butter. Allow to get hot add onion and the chopped vegetables to the oil add a little curry and allow to simmer for 1 minute . Get another pot put the per boiled rice add water,curry,salt and stock cube to taste and allow to Boil. 

 When water is dried add your fried vegetable and stir.. *To get that shape of the rice get a round small deep plastic plate, put the rice in the plate and press till its full then gently turn upside down into your eating bowl.  
For the sauce(Turkey sauce)  Get a pot, boil the turkey(boneless Turkey) chop the turkey, green pepper,onion ,carrot and red pepper. Get another Pot add groundnut oil allow to get hot add the turkey and the chopped vegetables allow to fry for 1min or 2 . mix  a spoon of corn flour in water or the Turkey stock(the water from the boiled Turkey) and turn inside the vegetables and Turkey

‎Add salt, stock cube and curry to taste   For the peppered snail  Clean your snail well and boil with salt, onion and stock cube.. Get a frying pan add groundnut oil allow to get hot add the snail and fry for about 3minute Reduce the oil and add fresh grounded pepper( not too smooth pepper),curry, stock cube and salt to taste and allow to fry a bit....

‎Your snail is ready 

 For the salad use any salad Of your choice
