Chicken is that one food everyone just love to have as part of their menu and many have come up with different recipes to further spice up our taste bud and give the chicken a unique taste all the time. Some chicken recipes includes the popcorn chicken recipe, the crispy chicken recipes
and so many more. Our lovely subscriber, Yimsy sent us a delicious chicken recipe that do not only taste good, but is also healthy as it involves the use of various vegetables. This recipe also really looks good.To make the chicken wings sauce is quite easy, Yimsy is giving us a very easy description and process of cooking the meal.
- Ingredients:
Fresh tomatoes
Green pepper
Carrot
Red onions
Lettuce
Olive oil
Stock cubes
Salt
Directions
- Marinate chicken using olive oil, pepper, garlic and stock cubes.
- Leave for about 1hr then fry and keep aside.
- Blend some fresh tomatoes and onions and chop some (including the carrots and green pepper) into cubes.
- Heat up the olive oil then pour in the blended tomatoes, fry till it simmers then add the chopped vegetables, stock cube and salt to taste.
- Stir and put out fire.
- Dish into a plate then place the fried wings on or by the sauce with shredded lettuce by the side.
