Rice is that meal almost everyone go for, it is easy to cook .This recipe is a little different from the every day normal rice, we have the common rice recipe like the jollof rice, the fried rice, the Chinese fried rice and also the white rice. but this recipe(Buttered Curried Rice) is different as you will be making use of butter, just as the name implies. Turkey Stew:
Season and steam your turkey
Blend your pepper, tomatoes and onion
Pour your vegetable oil in a pot, when is a bit hot you add your sliced onion when it's a bit brown you add the blended pepper, tomatoes and onion, and season
Add your steamed turkey then allow it to simmer then it's ready.

Curry buttered Rice:
Wash and per boil your rice, then wash the second time
Pour water in the pot, place on fire.
Add curry , butter and salt to taste, when it boils you add your washed per boil rice and allow to cook till its done.

Shrimps and chicken mixed vegetable salad:
Wash and slice your cabbage, cucumber, carrots
Wash season and steam your shrimps and chicken allow it to cool then mixed them with the slice vegetables, add your sweet corn, red beans and whatever you like in your salad, add cream and it's ready.
