How To Make Samosa Dough

 The Samosa is one of the piece added in Nigerian parties small chops, the small chops (which consist of spring roll, puff puff, peppered gizzard, mosa) is incomplete without the samosa, However, must people find it hard to the samosa dough, and so, they have to look for professionals to make their small chops.
The samosa dough is pretty easy to make, it also fast to make them, so you don't need to worry about it wasting your time and energy.
Here is how to make your samosa dough:



Ingredients
2 cups of all purpose flour (sifted)

1/2 tsp salt

2tbs oil

Water to knead 

Method

Step 1

Mix flour, oil, salt, add water
bit by bit until you get a stiff dough, cover with a moist cloth or an airtight plastic wrap and leave to rest for 20min

Step 2

After 20 min, knead the dough lightly again to make it more elastic, divide the dough into 10 equal portion take each piece and roll in your palms first then with a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a 3mm thickness (keeping the thickness neither thick nor thin) cut out a circle with a cutter or a pot cover,cut the circle into two equal sizes, with a brush or with your finger tips, on the straight edge of the sliced dough, apply some water, fold the two edges to form a cone and fill the cone with desired filling, apply or brush some water on the top cone edge, press the edges together to seal.
