Stuffed Potatoes

We are loving this amazing idea of stuffing your potato, Bella brought this idea to our notice and now we just want to stuff all the potatoes in our kitchen. This is a cool idea for your breakfast or even lunch. Check out how Bella made the stuffed potatoes, or how she stuffed her potato.

Ingredients:

Minced beef or chicken,
Salt
Stock cube
Curry,
Thyme
Garlic,
Cooked and whisked raw eggs
Blended pepper and
Onions.


Directions

Most people bake the potatoes, but I prefer boiling with salt and stock cubes, (it should not be too soft when boiling, remember you are going to bake later on )

  • When cooked, drain and cut in half vertically or horizontally, which ever way you prefer, make a hole in both halves by scraping and set aside.

  • For the filling, put vegetable oil or butter in a pan, heat

  • Add onion and garlic, thyme, add the blended pepper, fry a bit, add minced beef, salt, curry and stock cubes.

  • Simmer and allow to cool off, then stir in your boiled eggs which you cut in cubes already.

  • Fill the potatoes and cover with the other half

  • Dip in wisked egg and bake till brown.
