Tips to get more exercise into your busy day

Taking breaks from your computer, housework or children, or whatever keeps you busy, to stretch and strengthen will benefit not only your body, but your mind and spirit as well.

There are simple Tips you can do during the day or while working 




  • Go for a walk. Take the dog , or head to the mall and do laps while you window shop.

  • Get together a group of friends for a team sport or exercise.

  • Park the car AS FAR AWAY from the entrance as possible.



  • Skip the elevator in favor of the stairs

  • Walk to a co-worker’s desk rather than using the intercom.

  •  Run, jog, and walk in your own backyard

  • Jump Rope, wash the car, swim etc


With this simple tips helps towards living a more active, healthier lifestyle.
