Noodles and Coleslaw Garnished with Plantain and Cucumber

Noodles is that one fast food that we can quickly make when we are super hungry, it is easy to cook and the taste is super great. However, one could grow tired of the same taste of noodle when you eat it over and over again. The secret to quash this disadvantage of noodles is by being creative with your noodle, mixing ingredients spice up your noodles, not only does it give you a better taste but the look it gives it is just so classy. Ingredient:

2 packs of noodles
Cabbage
Carrot
Kidney beans
Cucumber 
Plantain.

Runners
Red pepper
Onions
Mayonnaise.

Method:

Use a salad cutter to dice your carrot and cabbage

Mix the diced carrot, cabbage and kidney beans in a bowl.

In another dish, mix a little amount of mayonnaise, milk and sugar to make your coleslaw cream.

Then pour the cream inside the bowl of the mixed vegetables and put in the fridge.

Parboil your noodles without the spice and sieve. 

Put the sliced pepper, onion and runner beans in a pot with little water and a little oil. Allow to boil for 2 min.

Add the noodles and spice.

Cook for another 3  minute.

Then turn off the heat.

Fry your plantain and slice your cucumber. Your food is ready. Enjoy with a glass of water
