Beef Kebabs


 
 
 

Beef kebab is that special recipe for beef lovers, the taste is so awesome, you will definitely keep coming back for more. Check out this recipe on beef kebab.


Ingredients

1 1/2 Pounds of boneless beef
1 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 teaspoons
1 medium Red onions
3 stock cubes
2 teaspoons smoked paprika/ dry pepper                                                                                 1 teaspoon of thyme
                                                                               Bell peppers ( any vegetables of your choice Red, Green Yellow, Orange
Bamboo or wooden skewers 

Directions 

  • Cut the beef into 1 1/2 to 1 3/4-inch cubes

  • Wash the beef and place into a large mixing bowl

  • In another bowl combine stock cubes, minced garlic, minced ginger, thyme, smoked paprika/ dry pepper, salt to taste

  • Pour the marinade over the meat and mix properly.

  • Cover the bowl with a thin plastic film, place in the refrigerator and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour

  • After 1 hour boil the meat with as little water as possible so u still have the flavour of the spices

  •  For beef kebabs you can either fry or grill 

To fry: Add vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the beef and  start frying till brown

 Chop the bell peppers, onions thread the meat and vegetables in the bamboo skewers

 To grill: preheat the grilling to medium high heat., thread the beef and vegetables in the skewers, grill beef kebabs until well browned
