One of this beautiful art is the one sent to us by our subscriber, Nkechi. She submitted to us this piece, Sphagetti and stir fry with turkey and we are so loving it. Sphagetti is a cool meal that almost everyone loves, jollof sphagetti gives that extra touch to sphagetti that no one can not resist. But then think about it, jollof sphagetti plus stir fry, well that is just a wow and it gives that extra extra touch to sphagetti. Now you can have an idea on how to spice up your sphagetti by the Nkechi style.
Sphagetti
Salt
Seasoning
Crayfish
Chicken Stock
Olive oil
Directions
- Parboil sphagetti and drain water.
- Cook until almost ready in chicken stock.
- In another pan, fry your onions and tomato paste with finely chopped fresh pepper, season appropriately. Add crayfish.
- Pour sauce into almost cooked sphagetti, stir and leave to cook until done.
Recipe:Stir Fry
Green pepper(sliced)
Chicken Franks(chopped)
Tomatoes(hard-sliced with seeds removed)
Cabbage(sliced)
Garlic(finely chopped)
Black pepper
seasoning
Directions
- In a sauce pan, fry your shrimps and chicken franks with olive oil until cooked through.
- Add your veggies- Onions, Tomatoes, Green pepper and cabbage and chopped garlic in that order and keep tossing.
- Spice with black pepper and seasoning. Ensure veggies are not overcooked..
