This is one dessert that you will keep going back for more when you've had one. it's a beautiful piece of art, apart from the great taste brought together by the mixture of ingredients, this is a colourful food that is inviting just by the look and you just want to have the taste. The crepes caramel is a meal that you can serve at home and even parties. It is unique and each time you have a taste, it's just like you are tasting it for the first time. The crepe caramel is simply easy to make, and NFC is bringing to you how to make this special dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup milk
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a blender/ food processor or mixer combine eggs, milk, flour, salt , butter , water , process until smooth.
Cover and let stand at room temperature for an hour
Heat a non-stick pan over medium high heat and grease lightly with vegetable oil or butter
Pour 1/4 cup of crepe batter into pan, tilt to coat the surface of the pan, cook for 2-5 minutes until the underside is golden brown , turn the crepe brown the other side
Serve with filling of your choice
