How to Shred Chicken

 Many recipes call for a shredded chicken, because of this, many people stay away from this food recipes and do not attempt to make them because they do not know how to Shred the chicken. Not to worry, NFC has come up with the method in which you can use to shred your chicken, so now you can make your shawarma, shredded chicken BBQ sandwich, shredded chicken sauce without having to wonder how you can shred your chicken.
 
 
                         
What you need

Chicken
Pot
Fork
Salt

 Directions

 Wash the chicken, and bring to a boil in a medium pot of water , boil the chicken until fully cooked and no longer pink.

 Remove the chicken from the pot to a plate and allow to cool

 To Shred the chicken you can either use your hand or a fork or a mixer

Using your hands- you simply pull the meat apart into chunks but this tend to give you chicken chunks (Larger pieces of shredded chicken)

Using forks- place the chicken on a plate, hold the chicken with one fork or your hand, use the second fork to tear the chicken flesh into small shredded pieces

Using the mixer- place your warm chicken into the bowl of your mixer, using the paddle attachments mix the chicken on medium speed for 20-30 seconds until it's shredded to your liking

Use the shredded chicken in your desired recipe (chicken salad, BBQ chicken sandwiches etc)
