We hope that you followed our Monday tip judiciously, if you did, you are on the right part, if you did not, you do not have to worry because it is not too late to start, just as yesterday, it is important to start with things you must take seriously:
Breakfast: you can have the grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich for your breakfast today. This is a tasty and creative meal that you will love. Check how to make it here
Exercise: Unlike yesterday, you may begin to start walking faster than normal, not running, but just a bit faster but if you notice that you are starting to ache or getting tired fast, change to walking normally, walk for 30 minutes or more, if you have to be at work early, do not let a vehicle drop you exactly at your place of work, alight some few miles away, and walk. Do not take the elevator, take the stairs instead. Also, you should get your skipping rope ready.
Lunch: Take the pepper soup okra served with wheat today, one great thing about this meal submitted by Damilola is that it does not make use of palm oil (which is one of the ingredients that can make one add weight). Use fish (do not use cat fish or titus) to make the soup, but if you must use meat, goat meat is better because it is low in fat compared to beef. Check how to make it here
