Our body needs vegetables daily to stay healthy and strong, so every new recipes that involves how to make use of vegetables is always welcomed. Chetty shared with us how she spiced up her vegetables in such a way that will leave you craving for more. Here is how she made hers.
Ingredients
Goat meat
Prawns
Fresh tomatoes
Red bell pepper (tatashe)
Spinach
Directions
Cut meat into little chunks, spice, cook and set aside
Add a tablespoon of olive oil, onions, diced tomatoes, prawns and tatashe.
Add spices. When done, add the goat meat and spinach.spinach
