LEMON GINGER SAUCE

One word for this "WOW". We are really loving the presentation of this meal, pretty creative. Also, just by looking at this pictures, you can almost smell the perfect aroma of this sauce. It is colourful, artistic, innovative and we are so sure it will taste amazing. Their are many and unique sauce recipes, but this sauce by chef Etim seem to be a masterpiece, with some many attention given to it.
Chef Etim did great with this meal just like his other recipes and he gave us detailed directions to help everyone make exactly the same or close to the same thing.
 
 
 


STRAIGHT FROM MY KITCHEN.

LEMON GINGER SAUCE

Ingredients

2 chicken breast. (Shredded)
1 cup chicken broth
2 medium carrot
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 Tbsp ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. Tamari or Soy Sauce. ( I used soy sauce here )
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. sesame oil
6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tsp lemon zest
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp red cooking wine
½ Tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp sesame seed for garnish

Directions


  • Spice the chicken breast with 2tbsp soy sauce, black pepper and lemon zest for 10-15 minutes.

  • Chopped the carrot and boil for 3 minutes to soft, cut other veggies set aside.

  • In a small bowl combined all the ingredients except sesame seed. Chicken broth, Soy sauce, Sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, red cooking wine, Ginger and Garlic. Mix this very well to combined set aside.

  • Heat up 1tbsp veg oil in a medium high heat add the chicken stir- fry till golden brown, now add the sauce into the chicken pan stir-fry for a minute add the veggies stir-fry for 2 minutes taste for salt.


 
 
Served along with rice and garnish with sesame seed.
