We love Ayorinde's combination, Fried yam, veggie sauce and cucumber. One thing fried yam can not do without most times is the pepper sauce, but Ayorinde is going further by making the sauce a vegetable one with vegetables that are necessary for good health. Thus, sparking our idea on how to further add vegetables to our food menu. Also is the cucumber which, apart from being a healthy food compliments the look of this cool dish.
Here are steps in which Ayorinde made the Fried yam with veggie sauce and cucumber.

Yam
Carrot
Green pepper
Red Bell Pepper
Tomatoes
Onions
Green Peas
Spring onions
Beef or chicken stock
Cucumber
Directions
Yam

Directions
- Peel the yam and cut into moderate slices
- Then cut across each slices, rinse, drain in a sieve,
- Add salt and fry till slightly brown.
- Dice your veggies (carrot, green and red bell pepper, tomatoes, onions, green peas and spring onions),
- Add beef or chicken stock, and stir fry for 5mins.
- Serve with the fried yam and garnish with cucumber slices
