Vegetable Potatoes

WE love it when we come across potato recipes. Potatoes, just like spaghetti, is that food that you can play with to come up with innovative recipes that we just love. One of my favourite potato recipe is the potato soup.

Emex has come up with a cool potato recipe that we will just love to try out, we love the look for sure, and we are also very sure that the meal will taste super great.

Here is how Emex made his Vegetable potatoes.

Ingredients 

‎

‎Veggies

3eggs (all yolks)‎

Onions

Seasoning

3big Irish potatoes

Pinch of salt. 

Directions 

‎

Dice potatoes and boil. 

Pour in 1tbs coconut oil‎. 

Stir potatoes in the  oil. turn out, add eggs and all other ingredients into the hot skillet and stir till eggs are done then turn the heat off. 

Add cinnamon . 

Serve with cabbages on the side.
