Monday Food Menu with Excercise for weight Loss (NFC weight loss programme)

Good morning, it is Monday, and welcome to your weight loss programme course with NFC. This course will span throughout the week, giving you the food to eat as well as exercise tips to help you loose that stubborn extra weight.

Before we begin with todays menu and exercise routine, here are key things you must take seriously.

  • Do not starve yourself.
  • Drink water 30 minutes before any meal.
  • When eating, eat slowly, this way, you eat less because your brain quickly picks up the signal of you being full.
  • Stay away from soda and other processed drinks, if you have a craving for one, take a glass of water instead.
  • Snack on fruits with low Glycemic index instead of road sides snacks that are not beneficial for your weight loss.
  • Exercise does not have to be the rigorous gym sort of exercise or jogging, start with walking maybe 30 minutes, use stairs instead of elevators, go to the park with your kids, just anything that will require you using your physical body.

Exercise: for your exercise, take a walk for 30 minutes, if you have to be at work early, do not let a vehicle drop you exactly at your place of work, alight some few miles away, and walk. Do not take the elevator, take the stairs instead.

Lunch: Take Okro in sea food this afternoon, lovely recipe submitted by our lovely subscriber JennywithGod. Make sure you use less salt and seasoning(or no seasoning) and also make use of a little palm oil. Click here to view recipe


Dinner: your dinner should always be light, so for today, you can have yourself a delicious pasta and avocado salad, remember to substitute mayonnaise and salad cream with less fat salad dressing like Knorr Salad Dressing, wishbone or any other salad dressing for Vegans. Click here to view recipe
