Directions
Boil water in a pot with little oil, salt and coloring, add couscous, stir and allow to drain.
Fry blended tomatoes, scotch bonnet, red pepper and sliced onions, add garlic, beef,stock and stir, add seasonings, allow to cook for few mins.
Mix cabbage,carrots,onions,cooked macaroni,cucumber with mayonnaise and color, add eggs with tomatoes.
