Though yam and egg is cooked separately by most people, Yvonne is introducing us to the idea of having two separate or individual dish becoming one. That is the Egg Coated Yam, so, why just have yam and egg separately when you can have it as a whole, giving you a unique and delicious taste. Yam
3-4 Eggs
Salt to taste
Directions
Peel and cut yam
Boil with salt to taste
Break 3 to 4 eggs, add salt to taste and beat
Coat yam with egg and fry
