Okro in Sea Food with Swallow

Soups is one meal every Nigerian can not do without. Their are various varieties of soup that it is almost impossible to know how to make them all.
Nigeria soups are very good for the body as it involved using mostly green leafy vegetable, which are obviously basking with numerous health benefits needed by the human body everyday.
One of this soup is the one made with okra, okro soup which can be cooked in various ways. Apart from this soup having various health benefits gotten from green leafy vegetables, it is also tasty and can be made with a little amount of money. So look at it, tasty, healthy and cheap to make. JennyWihGod sent us how she made her okro soup in sea food and we have just one word for it 'B.E.A.UTIFUL'.

Ingredients;


Okro
Vegetable (Uziza leave ie hot pepper leave)
Shrimps
Prawns
Boneless Croca fish
Ginger
Ehuru
Red oil
Seasonings

 Directions

 Dice okro and onion, grind pepper, grind ginger and ehuru and serve out the water, cut uziza leave. Boil shrimp and prawns (fish in a diff pot)for about 5mins with seasonings to taste and set all aside.

In a warm pot, add little red oil, allow to cook for a min, add onion, ginger and ehuru water, add fish, prawns and shrimp-boil for 2 mins, add seasoning to taste, add okro and boil then uziza leave and then boil for 2 more minutes.

Your soup is ready.

N/B use as little water as you can to enable the soup come out thick

Can be enjoyed with any swallow of your choice.
