Crispy Fried Fish with Veggies and Pepper Sauce

People are loving the crispy meals this days. Crispy recipes like the popcorn chicken, yamarita, and so many more, are in high demand and most restaurants makes a great amount of money with this recipes. The reason for this is obvious, crispy meals are tasty and the feeling it gives your tongue is just Epic, and do not get us talking about the crunchiness when you chow down, it's just AMAZING!!!!!!.
Crispy Fried Fish, one word for this meal, WOW, the taste is WOW, the look is WOW, the aroma is WOW, the Texture is a double WOW. When you taste the crispy fried chicken, you have to be a really rigid person not to have the wow feeling.
Vicky Chuks showed us how to make the crispy chicken and surprisingly, it is super easy to make and without so much stress.
Vicky also used pepper sauce and veggie to compliment her crispy fried chicken and we are loving the look.
Here is how she made her crispy fried fish with veggie and pepper sauce;

Ingredients


Flour
Seasoning
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Milk
Egg
Fish
Tomatoes, Tatashe and Habanero pepper (atarodo)

Directions

  • In a bowl mix flour, seasoning, salt and pepper - Flour mixture

  • In a separate bowl mix milk and egg  with a - Egg mixture

  • Dip the fish in the flour mixture and thoroughly coat all sides then rub in the egg mixture then back in the flour mixture

  • In a frying pan or deep fryer fry the fish until golden brown

  • Serve with pepper sauce and veggies ie sliced Veggies and fried grinded fresh pepper
