We all love sweet stuffs, could be sweet drinks, candy, ice cream and so on. Our taste bud just crave for that sweet thing and we can do anything or spend a lot to satisfy that need .
However, most people associate sweet stuffs to being unhealthy and then we try to stay away from them regrettably.
Our subscriber, Haj Swat has come up with an alternative drink for us, which is both healthy as well as sweet and tasty. This is the coconut and Dabino drink and now we can satisfy our taste bud without worrying about how detrimental it is to our health.
This is how she made it.
Ingredient:
Coconut.
Date(dabino).
Peak milk.
Water
- Get your coconut and scrape the back and make sure you remove the brownish part... Wash and keep in a bowl.
- Break the Date(dabino) and remove the seed inside. Wash and put it together in the same bowl with the coconut.. Add water and soak it for an hour..
- Get your blender and blend it, using the same water you use in soaking the coconut and date(dabino).
Note: you can add more water if you wish but not too much...
- After blending it, you get your sieve and sieve it..
- After sieving you add your peak milk and put it in the Refrigerator...
- Drink it when chill...
After trying this, you will always wanna have it...
