Tsiren kaza (Chicken Skewers)



The Tsiren Kaza(chicken skewers) is a good substitute for the beef kebab/beef  skewers. Not everyone eats meat so this a great idea for your occasions.
 The keyword for any successful occasion is variety, and the tsiren kaza is one of the coolest variety someone can come up with. Submitted by our lovely subscriber  Fary Haruna from the Northern part of Nigeria.

Food is really a great art, basking with cool colours and shape. The Tsiren Kaza brings colour to any occasion and the aroma Is  just so fantastic and inviting that you do anything to have a taste


How to make the Tsiren Kaza (Chicken Skewer)
Ingredients

Chicken breast
Vinegar
Stock cube
Ground chili powder (yaji)

Onions
Green pepper
Skewers
Olive oil.

Directions

  • Cut the chicken breast in to bite size cubes
  • Wash thouroughly and drain.
  • Sprinkle with vinegar, stock cube, yaji ( ground chilli powder) on the chicken breast and mix very well.
  • Cover and marinate for 2 hours.
  • Cut the onions and the green pepper the size of the chicken breast.
  • Put one cube of the chicken on the skewers, alternate with the onion and green pepper, drizzle the olive oil on and arrange on your grill and cook for about 20-25minutes until nicely browned and you are good to go
