Vegetable Rice and Fruit Drink ( pineapple, pear and ginger)


 
 
Vegetable rice 
 
 
Ingredients 
 
Rice
Vegetable oil
Titus fish
Pepper
Tomatoes
Rodo( Habanero Pepper
Onions
Salt
Stock cube
Curry and
Vegetable (Tete).


 
Directions

  • Fry your blended pepper a little adding salt, stock cube, curry.
  • Add your washed rice and water.
  • When rice is almost dry add the washed and cut vegetable on the rice and your deboned Titus fish and sliced onions. Do not stir to prevent it from burning. 
  • After 5 mins put off the light and stir well to incorporate the fish and vegetable into the rice . 
          And your vegetable rice is ready. 

Fruit drink 
 
Ingredients
 
Pineapple
Pear
Ginger.
 
  • Peel your pineapple and dice into small parts.
  • Pour altogether into your fruit blender .
  • No need to add water as the water from the pineapple is sufficient. But you may add if you feel it's too thick.
And your fruit drink is ready.
