Watermelon Cucumber Smoothie

 watermelon and cucumber are two ingredients that is basked with numerous nutrient good for the body.
 Not only is this smoothie tasty, it is also colourful and super healthy. This smoothie should be added to your weekly food menu, mainly because of the health benefits it brings to you.

Ingredients

2-3 cubes of ice
3-4 cubed, de-seeded watermelon

1/2 large cucumber
Juice from 1/2 of a lemon

Directions

Chop cucumber into small bits

Chop watermelon and remove seeds

In a blender put cucumber ,water melon ,lemon juice (optional) and ice cube blend until smooth

Sieve for extra smoothness.
